The three specific goals of the action are:<br \/>\n1. upholding future research capacity, with an emphasis on Early Career Investigators, and Inclusiveness Target Countries;<br \/>\n2. creating a rural NEETs\u2019 online observatory; and,<br \/>\n3. fostering use of knowledge by policy makers and practitioners.
