First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in the Rural NEET Youth Network online conference “Education: What’s next? Formal education & training and the transition from school to work in rural areas”.
As we are approaching our conference, here is some useful information.
The full update program of the conference is available in our website: https://rnyobservatory.eu/lisbon2021
All sessions are going to be held on ZOOM. Please check the list of links bellow.
Participation in plenary and parallel sessions
People will be allowed into the session 10 minutes before the session starts. Our Zoom platform can accommodate up to 300 participants, at the same time. However, we are reaching that limit of registered participants. In case we do reach the room capacity, the plenary sessions will also be streamed on Facebook. Thus, in case you were not allowed into a given plenary session, please make sure to follow us on our Facebook page.
Differently from plenary sessions, we will not be able to stream parallel sessions. Please make sure that you are registered in advance to attend the session. We will do our best to upload all sessions to our webiste, after the conference.
Questions in Zoom (directly or through the chat tool) and Facebook (comments box) will be managed by the moderator in each Q&A session. As we are expecting a large number of participants, we might not be able to consider all the questions that may be raised during the sessions. Still, the moderators will do their best to include comments and questions forward in Zoom and Facebook.
Certificates may be sent after the conference on request. In that case, we consider that each participant must attend some of the sessions in Zoom rooms, so please make sure to access the rooms using your name so that we can identify you, afterwards.
We look forward to having you with us.
